RE Staffing Worksheet
The RE Staffing Worksheet is a useful tool to ensure that your job description and expectations for the position advertised are feasible, ethical, and sustainable for the hours posted.
We encourage congregations drafting new Job Descriptions to use this tool, before beginning the recruitment process.
